I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it on my iphone.

I usually see that when I am in a “dead zone” (no Wifi or 3G data connection). I always thought Waze should “buffer” problem reports just like they do GPS tracks, until the connection is restored.
If you are unable to report a problem on-location, the most helpful thing you can do for your Area Manager (who will receive your report, and try to figure out the problem and fix it) is to report it later, and include as much detail as you can about where you were [city, street(s), direction of travel], and exactly what the problem was.
Same here guys, in the past couple of days I’ve getting a message “Searching for network”
however I have full 5 bars on 3G.
This is the same route I’ve been commuting for years… any update?
I have been largely unable to report any road conditions, accidents, etc. since I loaded on the last iPhone update. It has nothing to do with the network because it happens almost 100% of the time I am trying to report something, no matter which part of town I am in. I have tried to report from a location up to 5 times only to be stymied. It will not allow me to Chit Chat most of the time either. Help, please.
i have the same problem from the 2.1.0.0 update…
Support write me they have problem with report servers and think solved in these hours… maybe i’ll wait…

It seems we have a problem with sending reports while groups, that include comma (,) in the name, are involved.
We are working on a general solution but we believe that not including those groups or changing their name, will solve the problem in the meanwhile.
If you would like to change any specific group name, until we come with the solution, you can send us the group details to alpha@waze.com.

I have been having this problem since the last upgrade. It happened on the previous upgrade, also. Last time, it started working again after about 2 weeks. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
Are you currently in a group with a comma in its name?
Not that I know of.
after change primary group (was a comma) now a lot is working… but seem some report non work, not says error but i didin’t receive the message “thanks you report…”
