Good evening!
I would like to report a BUG that was in Beta and has moved to Production: Balloon does not appear in UR with comments (The balloon 
does not appear in URs with comments).
When making a comment and sending it, the appears, but when refreshing or reopening the UR, the UR icon is missing the comment balloon.
If anyone can access the thread and “vote”, I would appreciate it… that way, maybe the Staff will “speed up” the fix!
