Jefreson, sorry to call this out here, but I’m taking advantage of your example.
I saw that a place with errors was accepted, but since 2016 we have followed the guideline (see Locais: um recomeço!) of zero tolerance for PURs with inconsistencies. The best practice, when faced with any error, is to reject the request and perform the addition separately, preventing the user from being considered a potential “trusted” user in the future.
According to the history, I noticed a few things that fall outside the Wazeopedia guidelines.
- Name (see Locais)
It should be the name on the sign, specifically:
- Primary name: “Arca”
- Alternative name: “Associação dos Requianos do Cariri”
-
Phone (see Locais)
The area code (DDD) must be filled in as (0XX) and not (XX), as per the Wazeopedia guidance. -
Address
The registered street is R. Alameda Vaticano, but it should be Al. Vaticano.
Otherwise, it’s exactly as you did—always pay attention to the locality. Whenever I accept or review a PUR, I usually analyze the place for potential errors.
