  2. Add new road in the same segment previous suggestion were reported.

Since both Case 1 and Case 2 are interrelated, it’s mentioned jointly in this report.

The specific issues occur on how the reviewer approach the suggestions.

For Case 1, as mentioned by Maia here is a WAD.

For Case 2, is the just opposite approach for Case 1 by the reviewer. The only step the reviewer can take is to reject the suggestion.
