Standard bug Steps to reproduce this issue:
When the Days since last comment filter is set to “Older than” and is combined with Feedback source “Description OR comments”, the WME returns all URs that contain a description, even if they have never received any comments.
-Open the Issue Tracker panel in WME
-Set URs Feedback source to Description OR comments
-Set Days since last comment to Older than (for example, 8 days)
-Apply the filters

With this filter setup, URs with a description but no comments pass the initial “Description OR comments” check (does it have a description or comment?) . They remain in your results because the “Older than” filter only evaluates URs that actually contain comments.
I suppose what you are after is an additional option—perhaps this suggestion would address your need? Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi @Olesya-Staff,
Thanks for the explanation! I think I understand the current logic better now.
You’re right, the UserVoice suggestion is a very good one, especially if the automatic MapMate reply becomes eligible for the “Days since last comment” filter in the future.
Given the current implementation, I can see why this is considered WAD. That said, from a user’s perspective, it isn’t very intuitive when combining filters, because it can give the impression that the “Days since last comment” filter isn’t being applied consistently.
Hopefully the UserVoice suggestion will be considered, as I think it would make this workflow much clearer and avoid this kind of confusion.
Thank you for your thoughtful response, @daviaraujo93.
It makes sense how that behavior can feel unintuitive from a user’s perspective, and I’ll make sure to pass this feedback along to the team so it can be taken into account when making further improvements.
