Points issue

image.jpgimage.jpgHey guys tried a search on this and have gone through the support topics.
My points have not updated this week, went on my dashboard yesterday and the points there were greater than the points on my scoreboard. Just checked again and I am now showing 0 points in my dashboard. My scoreboard is showing 12884 points, the dashboard was showin 13*** points but now showing 0.
Am I doing something wrong, I’ve checked for server issues and that I am on the right server.
Please help.

I did yes why, about 4 times

Most time i see this screenshot when a user is on the wrong server. (See Point 1 in the message)

There’s another thread here about INTL points. As you say, the sticky topic at the top of the boards refers to NA only.

Yes, there is an issue and yes, Waze are aware and working on it.

As for seeing the “empty” dashboard, I’ve seen that many times since the weekend - probably a symptom of the general problems. I’ve found that if I refresh the page the points will re-appear. Sometimes you have to refresh several times - getting more paranoid on every refresh that your points are gone for good! :roll:

…but the solutions are allways the same - you only must remove the red parts and change the topic a little bit :wink:

Ok, havent seen that before if user is on the correct server. But i’m allwaze learning… :wink:
