Sorry to post a new thread as I am sure this is covered somewhere. I tried using the search feature only to keep getting “too broad” error statement.
I drive 122 miles per day, 5 days a week. I thought I read somewhere that you get 5 points per mile. If so, I should accumulate 3050 points per week. I am only getting around 300-700 per week. I have the program running the entire route. Just wonder what I am doing wrong.
I don’t know what could be the cause, but has this been going on for longer than one or two weeks? Since it might take a couple of days for your tracks to be processed. Your assumption regarding the points awarded is correct as per this blog.
Did you see all your tracks appear in the archived routes AND did they show your entire route and the correct traveled distance? If it persists, you might consider sending an email with all your details to alpha@waze.com, so they can check on the serverside.
I have been getting this same problem this week. I am driving at least 50 miles a day with the app running in the foreground, and I have not accumulated any points in the last 4 days. My recent routes also does not show any routes since October 19. What is going on? Is my driving not getting into the system?

Please check, that you are navigating with your username, and not with a temporal username.
This could be the reason of why your routes are not appearing in your archive.
Anyway, if you still having problems, please write us again and we will be glad to help you.

You can add me to the list here. My recent routes hasn’t updates since Tuesday, however, this isn’t the first time there’s abeen a bit of a lag. I’ve noticed this morning they have updated more bonus points so perhaps that updating is in part to blame?
Sorry Aaron, but this is clearly a problem on the waze server side and NOT a problem with usernames. There are other posts on these forums from people saying that their routes aren’t up to date.
Mine aren’t up to date as well, they are almost a week behind. The servers aren’t keeping up. This isn’t a username problem.
Agree with unwallflower. Some of my routes from last Friday & Saturday are updated, but not all of them. And quite random, too.

Still no routes since Oct 19. Points have accumulated for the new reset week, but they seem a bit high now, so it definitely just seems like there is some strange lagging. Last week I had like 7 points until Thursday, then jumped directly to 700 and stayed there for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, even though I drove a lot over the weekend.
Now I have 462 points on Tuesday.

Been using this for about 5 days now and a lil confused. When I goto scoreboard through the Waze Application it says I have 269 points which matches with my dashboard. But my dashboard doesnt show any of my recent routes or New Recorded Miles,Existing Miles or Offline Existing Miles, and I have done at least 200 miles since last friday.
Also the name I logged into http://www.waze.com with is also my username in my profile on the waze application.

It is random. My last archived route is from Oct 25th, so only two days behind.
Ah well, what we really need is a “Waze Server Status Page” or something similar, that could show at a glance what is happening inside the Waze-servers today. Go and vote for it on uservoice!

So many forum posts that can be answered or prevented by that simple status page. I’m with you on that one!
The fact he found this much (recent) threads to post his message on, only proves how much this is needed!

@Brutus: And it worx: Statuspage is now 2nd in ranking… very very very clear that it is needed. And yes, I stopped after three copies, but there must be a dozen relevant threads over the past month alone.
Another funfact: of the uservoice-items that I checked, it had the highest number of votes per voter - 2.26.

Well I am glad to see it is not just me…
I am still stuck on Oct 19th as well in my recent routes.
I had been waiting on a road I recorded to show up, then it quit showing up in my client so I manually created it in Cartouche.
I’m still wondering if i will show up in Cartouche since I will have to clean it up if it does.
I’m having the samen problem. only about 5% of the miles I drive show up at the dashboard. I got complete trips unencounted for and the trips that do show up, only cover about 5% of the actual trip.
Looks like waze doens’t record the whole trip, although my GPS and internet is working perfectly the whole trip…
Well I made sure I was using my name…and still only 900 of my 4000+ points recorded this past week. While I realize this is not a “game” but a navigation program, the points did make it fun. I think I will stick with a real navigator that I dont have to modify. This just frustrates me because I am always in last place…lol…when I should be getting 4000+ points per week.
