I just returned from a weekend car trip in which I used Waze rather extensively, only to find that, upon my return, all my points had vanished and my status had reverted to “baby” where previously I was fast approaching the third (shield icon) level. Underneath my “level” bar it reads "“counting your first miles…” but this has not changed all day. What gives, anyone know?

Okay. Many thanks for the instantaneous reply. Like another commenter, I do note that my icon remains the same; i.e., without the “baby” attributes coinciding with the now zero stated points.
Thank you for posting this question. I am now a baby Wazer with zero points after being a member for over two years. I had about 175,000 points when I checked yesterday.
Moderator: I have noticed over the last couple of months that I will be taking long trips and my points don’t even update. One time it didn’t update for a week. Just a heads up.
