Standard bug Steps to reproduce this issue:
For a few weeks now, I’ve been experiencing a strange problem.
Sometimes, the SM can’t approve my suggestions for segments containing a newly created city.
The error the SM encounters is “Saving Error - Container has no generated ID for property cityID.”

I was trying to reproduce this error on my end but interestingly enough I’ve been able to accept your suggestion (unintentionally as I thought I’d receive an error as well). Could you please let your SM know to make any further adjustments as needed?

I’ve checked the suggestion and it seems to have been invalidated due to the fact that the existing segment had its geometry changed after you suggested connecting a new segment to it.
Perhaps you could remove this suggestion a submit a new one?
Just to clarify, can you not accept this suggestion? As far as I can tell, after the suggestion was made, there haven’t been any geometry changes to the existing segment.
No, i am not able to accept this. I’ve been in contact with the editor to check if they can think of anything they did differently than others he submitted the same day.

Now, that we’ve got more examples, I attempted to accept the previous suggestion you provided and it threw an error upon trying to save it with no changes made on my end. Since the issue is related to the address, I modified these fields - entered ‘None’ in the address and city fields, and it has been added successfully. Please let me know if you have further questions.
