As discussed in the HO, I would like to recommend some changes to the opening page to direct brand new editors to the first few important wiki pages they should be visiting.

With that first link in the first sentence you’ve created a jump to the Thai specific rules and guidelines. I like that. But I 'd rewrite that first sentence. Now the jump applies to foreign experienced editors, assuming local editors aren’t experienced. Something like : Editors with basic skills please continue readinghere to learn about the things we do a little bit different in Thailand.

Let’s go ahead and add this to the Wiki.
Added, I checked for proper functionality but please also check.
One minor edit: I moved the greeting to the top section, it looked weird to first have a generic hello everyone and then a welcome to Thailand editing in the next paragraph.
