PURs being missed by the Issue Tracker

Is this a…: Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue: Since the issue tracker doesn’t list the PURs, I found this one by chance.

Selected the place, and saw it had pending updates. I reloaded and played around with the issue tracker filters to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, but confirmed this is an issue instead.

Environment where the bug occurs…: ROW
