Requesting unlock to correct turn restrictions.
Hi,
What level are you looking to have the segment locks set to? I’d prefer to unlock to your editor rank rather than completely unlocking things.
Also note that the two segmetns of Vosseller Ave included in the Permalink are currently not locked. The segments on either side of these two are locked at level 2, though so perhaps they should be locked to that level once everything is done.

I unlocked it, but I hope you have a good source for the change in turn restriction (which does not include 2009 Google Street View, which appear is Google Maps, but isn’t licensed to Waze, and can’t be used as a source for map changes). A good source would be local knowledge, imagery available in WME (GSV/sat), a UR, or a public domain resource.
Local knowledge. I frequent this intersection. The “right turn” from Vosseller southbound to Union Ave westbound is supposed to be accomplished using the curve to the northeast of the intersection.
