Need to do following edits on this segment:

- Remove alt street name
This is in order to force big detour prevention to work as documented in the wiki here:

What is happening is people are being routed to exit to US-13 ramp from 295 NB and then back onto 295 NB further up the road. Detour prevention in theory should stop this if I understand it correctly.
Please lower to 2 or fix. Thank you.
