Came across several segments of the I-5 that are unlocked at level 2. They need to be put back at level 5.

Actually, there are many sections of both the 15 and the 163 that are done to various level 2 and 3’s. With some scattered sections of 5. I’m not sure if this is for a reason, but it has been several different editors that have unlocked them. Seems to me that a major highway in SD should all be locked at 5. If I am mistaken please let me know.
There is no rule that says Highways need to be locked to a certain level. It’s a VERY GOOD idea, once they’ve been set up properly, but there is no rule requiring it. About 7 months ago, I ran across some I-5 in the middle of the state that was at 1. :o
Oh I know that it isnt required. But too many 1 and 2 are messing up normal roads downtown. Dont need them to get the chance to screw up major stuff.

All freeways and ramps in the San Diego, CA vicinity are now locked to level 4. Level 5 may have been a bit extreme. Level 4 seems reasonable and will allow more editors to make updates and process unlock requests if necessary.
