Currently, if I enter an RTC on the map, there is a Closed bubble that shows at the beginning of the closed segment. A user can select that bubble on the app and they have the option to Like it or Comment on it.
If they comment on it, I get a generic pop up message on my App… IF I have Waze running. I only have the option to Flag or Reply.
We should be able to receive email notices on Closures, just like we do for comments on UR’s that we follow.
This would help us find the closure that was commented on AND deal with the comment if warranted.
This might need a change to the RTC system so that the closure bubbles appear on WME too and not just LiveMap and the App.
I agree as another issue with comments on closures is that as a CM you often are asked to apply closures in areas you never really drive in… And the pop-up bubble in the app in case of a comment only shows up if you open the Waze app and look at the map in the area of the closure.
In some cases I have not noticed important comments on closures until several days later, only because I had not opened my app and explored the whole map with my finger (just in case there would be a comment somewhere).
Just like me.
However after the bubble appears, is no longer possible to close.
Lock APP and only returns to normal after close completely 
This is still an issue/request almost a year later. Has this been looked into as a possibility yet?
