I recently reported a general map error using the “report” function in the Waze app. A map editor responded by sending a message to my Waze app inbox, asking for more information. I can’t figure out how to respond, either within the app or here online. I know his/her username. What do I do?
Thanks!
I just wrote back to another user with this same issue

AndyPoms[/url]"]Two options. In the app hit Menu (lower left) then Inbox. Your messages are there & you can reply there as well - as long as the report is still open, once someone closes it (you’ll get something that has the subject “A map issue you are following was…”).
You may also get emails to the address associated with your device - those emails contain a permalink to the Waze Map Editor (WME) where you can find your report, as well as some underlying data. You can also go to WME directly at http://www.waze.com/editor and find your report manually (this may be difficult as there are many, many reports out there). If you are in the editor, you can add a comment even if the report is closed.
Now, for privacy reasons, Waze doesn’t show the username of the reporter in WME - only “Reporter”, so SanzClew doesn’t know who is ignoring him (I’ll PM him to bring him to this thread).
