Segment 73685203 is now open for traffic to the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Visitor Center.
The adjacent segment 68677731 is now closed.
At the moment the visitor center parking lot is mostly empty, since most people are unaware of the change.

Yes; segments that make up the complete path to the visitor center are open.
Confirmed with the front desk attendant and one of the construction crew teams.
