Why can I not add closure to THIS piece of road?

I AM a Level 2 editor. I can close the adjacent section of the road, but not the actual road that I need to close… (Have made an Area comment)

Much better.
You have made changes to the road so it can’t be closed till the tile updates.
Check here for when that happens https://status.waze.com/
But, closures only last less than 6 months, so if permanent let me know.

Awesome! That makes very good sense :slight_smile: It IS (according to the media) a permanent closure but I shall await detail from the Council. It may well be re-categorised as a path rather than a street and I’ll edit accordingly.
