Please can you assist me? I am the treasurer of the Kempton Park Extension 4 Residents Association and we are in the process of closing an extended area off and limiting access into our neighbourhood.
I unfortunately cannot attach a map.
The only permanent street access into Kempton Park Extension 4 is from Palm Avenue. The two other roads (Kweper Street and Hibiscus) will eventually only be open during set times, at all other times and for now it is closed (gates are locked)
There is no access from Palmiet Avenue into the following roads (and vice versa):
