SW 172 Avenue from 208 street to 200 street is a non paved, private nursery road with huge pot holes!
cars should not be directed onto it…

The roads on SW 172nd Ave appear to be mapped correctly in Waze. They are marked as “Unpaved” so you may want to check your Waze App settings to see if you have avoid “Unpaved Roads” selected.
This would in most cases prevent you from being routed through those kinds of roads.
