Road type restrictions

Just wondering if its ever been considered or requested, where you can set a time based restriction for the type of street.
As an example, this segment:

The street layout changed here last year, and the “no entry 6pm-6am sign except for access” sign was added.

I can’t see a good way of accurately adding this restriction to the map, unless I’m missing something obvious. I can set a no vehicle restriction from 6pm to 6am, but this will restrict navigation to anyone who lives or works here, or taxis picking people up. I can set it to private (similar to Broad St just to the left which has the same restriction) but this will prevent legal through routing 6am to 6pm. Ideal scenario would be to set it as Private 6pm to 6am, and Street 6am to 6pm, but this isn’t an option in the Editor.

I guess putting a restriction on all vehicles overnight is the best compromise, but if anyone has any better ideas…

What Steve said :smiley: Though the Private segment shouldn’t need restrictions as Waze shouldn’t use it when the other segment is routable.

Maybe it’s a ‘belt and braces’ approach. This was set up 3 years ago… :slight_smile:
