What about roads with both number and name which symbol is best between (907 - Savska cesta), I add only space and no sign (-, / etc)?

I was thinking that one of the uses would be to type street names that contain čžš characters in version that has czs instead. Concern that I have is that foreigners will likely have a problem with input of čžš for routing purposes.
Would Waze find search of “Miklosiceva” if the street is encoded as “Miklošičeva” now?
The alternative street name is not used at this moment.
It should be in the future, but it can take a very long time before it get’s enabled.
The streetnames you add to the map are not used to search for it.
Waze has a different database with all the streetnames. This database is used for searching.
I don’t know how the streetnames are in this database, but you should try if it makes any difference.

The streetnames you add are for the routing so the client can show you which street your driving in.

Where does the street-name database come from (how is it populated) and is it possible to verify it’s validity and/or completeness? I’m asking since ideally the information that you see on the map should (in my opinion ) be synced with routing information. Otherwise you may see an object on the map, when you browse, but there’s no way to “find” it when you use the search feature.
Can you direct me somewhere where there is more information about it?
Regarding my čžš/czs search concern, I tried it and I get the same result both times (if I use local characters or not), so it seems to work OK for foreigners and locals alike. Good
They claim that they synchronice this database with the streetnames you enter in the editor, but I’ve only see this sync happen a few times.
They will use the streetnames you enter, but don’t be surprised if they only sync it twice a year.
