I’m having some problems with a UR relating to Sandwell Valley Country Park. If you type “Sandwell Valley Country Park” into the live map it puts a pin onto the M5, which is obviously far from ideal! The editor place correctly directs to one of the visitor centres, but Waze seems to ignore this and pull the data from Google instead. I tried submitting an error report to Google on 20th April. I got the automated response telling me that it was being reviewed but never heard anything after that. A new UR has now cropped up which presumably is someone else having the same problem.

What should I try next?

I had the same problem with a large park in Maidstone. The answer was to provide a street address and then in the app choose the entry with the street address, forcing waze to select your correctly placed “Place” and in future give that address top billing in the app and Livemap.

I do see what you mean in Livemap - quite a problem with the M6 going straight through the park and waze expecting people to jump out of their cars at 70mph?? The place point looks fine already, I guess you already edited this?! No doubt another editor may be able to help you further.
