Is there any ability to flag certain segments that are under long-term construction and should be avoided if possible during certain hours? This is not for a closure, but a lane restriction or significant work area that will delay traffic during particular hours/days. The wiki guidance here only references road segments that may need to be moved or turn restrictions implemented.
I bring this up because I realized that a 6-month project starts in my area tomorrow that will significantly impact traffic. Work will be ongoing daily between specific hours, and the nature of the work will mean that most days one side of the road will be blocked, with police officers directing traffic in alternating directions throughout the day. Of course as users (slowly) travel through the work zone, Waze will automatically recognize the delay and begin re-routing users as possible, but I figured since it’s going to be a daily occurrence, it might be easier to record this somewhere. At the least, it would save the first few motorists each day from having to “take one for the team” and lay down the slow traffic report.
