Received form Waze Suppot : The Waze Crisis Response team is offering support for the sinkhole in Shanghai, China. We’re gathering road closure and shelter location data to display in the Waze app for local drivers.
If you’re able to support the event, here’s how you can help:
Traffic events and road closures information:
- Please create a traffic event in the Waze Map Editor (WME) and associate any relevant closures or polygons with it.
Shelter locations:

If you have information on shelter centers, please add them to the pins spreadsheet. Learn how to fill in the spreadsheet and find additional information about our crisis response.

Alternatively, you can add shelters to the WME. Please see the instructions in the Waze forum.
