I didn’t remove the lock on the requested street, but did correct it’s directionality (it is 2-way) and fixed turn restrictions.
I’m not sure why that area is all locked up – joe01romano might be able to tell us, though.

You could consider applying for Area Manager (Level 3) status – that could give you access without driving there, not to mention you then get 4 miles (rather than 1) around your driven area…
i could apply to area manager, but i drive between home and job, but my job ask me to put road barricades in a 200km radius…
i simply cannot take a road trip to unlock it all
and its hard for waze to find my home and job…
