Can you unlock (and leave unlocked) this segment, so I can change the elevation and a time-restricted turn?

Ok, it’s unlocked.
The reason for the lock was the time-restricted turn – I’m not sure what you’re wanting to change with that, as it is already set… but fire away!
Also: have you considered applying for an Area Manager status?
Thanks, changes made. The turn restriction was in reverse. It was restricting from 22:00 to 7:00, when that’s when it’s allowed. You can see the sign on streetview too. So I set the left turn restriction from 7:00 to 22:00 as it should be. I did the entire street today from beginning to end.
I never thought of applying since I’m only level 2. I though I would need to be much higher than that before applying?
Well, when you’re given AM, you get Level 3. You’re pretty active and I would encourage you to apply.

Yes the other on is correct, it’s to prevent a u-turn on a split boulevard. I see a ton of truck restrictions on all those intersections too, the ex-trucker in me can’t wait to apply all those…
