Since the most recent update, we can now lock speed cameras like a normal place or segment.
What would be the most appropriate lock level?
I personally think it should be equal or greater than the road it resides on. So if it is on a mH or MH type road, it should be L3. There should be a minimum lock level of either L3 or L2, to avoid accidental interference by inexperienced editors.
This came up in the RLC/SC thread; I suggested L2, ituajr suggested L3 for most, L5 for freeways.
I don’t think it has to be >= the road it is on, because interference on the camera won’t cause routing issues or other significant damage (which is the reason for having higher locks on significant roads). But L3 on all is something I could live with. I think L4 or higher is a bit of overkill and too restrictive given the relatively low number of active L4+ editors in Australia.
L3 to all sounds totally fine.
