I’m writing because the suburb name for the address is constantly shown incorrectly on Waze. I’ve submitted multiple correction requests function in the app. Each time, I receive a message that my edit has been “accepted,” but the map never actually updates.
This ongoing issue is very confusing and is now causing real problems
Could someone from the Waze staff/editors please assist or escalate this issue?
I would really appreciate direct support or a contact channel where I can provide documentationto confirm the correct suburb name.

This is an issue with Google Maps data. We’ve lodged a ticket to resolve it. Expect it will take a long time. 
Thank you. Do you have a rough idea of how long it will take? The address has disappeared from the map, and no one can locate it anymore…
Usually it is a few weeks, but there’s no guarentees. This fix will fix it properly though, and in both Waze and Google Maps. So it’s worth the wait,

I’ve tried submitting feedback through Google Maps several times, but the problem has never been resolved — they even removed my home address. Thanks again for your assistance.
