Good Morning - Where do we sit with Pedestrian Subways? I can understand the vast majority not needing to be added due to them not really providing any benefit perhaps?
I ask because take Bury as an example, most of the parking is on the opposite side and there is a subway linking that and the majority of the town centre retail/market.
