Thank you we just got new telephones yesterday and I had to delete the Waze app and when I put it back on it now shows the house at the right location. Thank you for your help.

In the app, hit the yellow triangle, then hit map issue, then follow the prompts. That will usually get you a lot quicker response but you can also post in here and you can also talk to us in Discord, which I linked above in a prior comment.
