There should be a button on the “what do you see” for people to post roadblock’s! Next to the police button.

If you need to report a road closure, you can do that in the app already – go to Alerts > Road Closures. This can only be done in the app itself and not via Android Auto or CarPlay.

If you’re wanting some other feature that currently doesn’t exist in Waze, you’ll need to submit that to the Waze Suggestion Box: https://waze.uservoice.com/forums/59223-waze-suggestion-box
