Traffic light save does not decrease pending changes counter in WME

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Hello,

I searched the existing bug reports related to search but could not find any record of this issue.

I identified a possible bug when saving traffic lights in the WME. The save action itself works normally, however the pending changes counter does not decrease after saving.

This issue usually occurs after performing a segment split. After saving the traffic lights, the counter remains unchanged, even though the changes were successfully saved.

Because of this, when trying to save additional edits, the editor starts to generate errors. To continue editing, it becomes necessary to refresh the page after each traffic light save so the counter resets correctly.

I could not find this behavior documented previously, so I am reporting it here for verification.

I’ve also noticed this bug in the last few days.
After splitting the segment, I couldn’t select anything else on the screen, even though I could move and zoom on the page. To return to normal, it was necessary to refresh the page.

To minimize the impact, I split the lane and clicked save, as it applied the traffic lights and saved.

I have noticed the same bug. If you mix editions sometimes the counter does not reset after a save and any new edit are not possible to save. Only a refresh of the page allows the edits again.
