Does Not Save KOI Approvals with Nearby Nodes

Steps to reproduce this issue:
When we have 2 or more segments selected where the node is misaligned between them, when trying to save, nothing happens.

If I save each segment individually, WME works normally. This problem occurs in WME Beta and WME Production.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Go to https://beta.waze.com/en-AU/editor?env=row&lat=-36.21759&lon=147.32779&zoomLevel=15
2. Select the road
3. Click Add
4. Observe error in the console, the save button doesn’t change to indicate the number of pending saves, attempting to save displays error

Replicated in incognito with no scripts
Also occurs on production

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Hi,
in segments suggested by google (Koifish) you cannot add in one action two segments that are not connected together
For example:

-select both those segments

-Click “Add”.
-All nodes are marked as edited but the segments are not. The save button is disabled.

Workaround is to add the two segments one by one.

The bug occurs in prod and beta version.
