Every year there’re quite a lot of newly built infrastructures in Shenzhen, as a rule among them roads are named in Chinese either as 道, 街, 路, or as 大道. But I do find some flexible translation. 道, for example, is translated as “road” or “street”. Then this flexibility brings confusion to me. Also there are roads in a same Pinyin, as 同福路 in Futian District while 同富路 in Long’gang District. The most dizzy name is, there are two 同富路 in Long’gang.
Then the idea of better translation for the roads in Shenzhen comes into my mind. Before it I’d like to know your response and reply. Should you’re happy to join this improvement, please follow this topic and renew the relative names. Here’s how to:

Please be aware of there are some typo or mistakes on the guidance for naming roads in Shenzhen (http://fao.sz.gov.cn/zwfw/gsy/201808/P020180822425370996161.pdf). For example, on its page 21, 宝安大道 is wrongly translated as Bao’an North Road. In contrast, it should be Bao’an Boulevard. And further more, as you are a Wazer I suppose you know already in this case, the name Bao’an N Blvd. fits the motto of WME: “Usability, Simplicity, Retention”.
