Most of the time, when I use Waz app on Adroid system I have bandle at the top of the screen saying “serching network”.
When I search for a route and navigate I have this message “calculating route, please wait …”
and then, a pop up says “Uh oh, Failed to Communicte with Routing Server”.
At the buttom of the screen I have this message “searching network for optimal route & ETA”.
However network connection is OK and I can access to Internet (H+)
I live in france.
Can someone please help me on this?

That aside, the only reasons I know for that to happen is either your 3G connection is struggling or the Waze servers are under heavy load. If the latter, just keep trying until you get a response.
Another explanation could be the phone operator you are using. It seems there are some issues with Waze + Free Mobile right now (it doesn’t exclude the fact it might happen with other operators) => Internet is working but Waze can’t find the network most of the time.
Do you have the UK forums link?
I want to be sure that the Waze servers are not under heavy load.
However my phone operator is Free Mobile so I think that this is the root cause of the issue … :mrgreen:

Concerning Free Mobile, sadly it’s a well known fact they are having difficulties on their network during heavy peak of traffic (from 17:00 to 20:00 at least). We are suspecting they are voluntarily filtering some specific traffic to keep their network alive, thus the Internet is working (sort of) but Waze is not accessible.
