Unable to edit any roads

Hi all,

Apologies if this is the incorrect place to report this - if there’s a better place, please let me know.

I’m unable to edit any roads, at all, anywhere, and I’m unsure as to why.

Here’s a screenshot with the “editable areas” layer turned on. (For reference, this is in the area of 32.55354, -97.32559)

When I go to edit any of the white streets (or any of the others, I’m just using those as an example of least-edit-restricted), I’m told I can only edit segments in my driven area. While I’m currently at my parents house, this issue has also happened any time I’ve needed to make an edit in places such as rural Illinois, and so on.

tl;dr: I drive into an area, Waze recognizes I’ve driven into an area, but Waze editor says I can only edit segments in my driven area, and won’t let me edit anything. How do I fix this?

There is currently some technical issues that is preventing Level 1 editors from making any edits at this time. They hope to have this resolved in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, looking at your screenshot, it looks like you want to edit in Fort Worth.
