Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
Loading the Map Suggestion - https://waze.com/en-AU/editor?env=row&lat=-31.43643&lon=115.62708&marker=true&zoomLevel=16&segments=202015143 and trying to reject it due to the road already existing, I get a Saving Error when trying to save - “You have no permissions to make some of the changes”
This is in my editing area, and the roads around are not locked above my level. This error is replicated by 2 L6 Country managers also.
