I’ve edited Quarry road and all connectors, however I was unable to edit the connections to the freeway listed here
Why not? Nothing is locked higher than a level 4 that you need to connect. You also need to have a name attached to each segment you’ve put in.
I am unable to edit the connector on the road that connects to the one way on ramp onto route 30
The intersection also needs to be updated so that is essentially look a “hash” (ie: #) with all of proper turns. Reference google maps:

Since I’m unable to edit the turns where quarry road intersects with the on/off ramps I’m unable to diagram this intersection appropriately.
Why can you not connect the roads? I’m not understanding why you’re unable to connect them.
I’m able to connect, I’m unable to change the turn restrictions. Or more accuratly enable turns on the points where quarry road intersects with the on/off ramp. Or more simply when I press the red arrow it does not change to green
The ramp and quarry rd aren’t connected. You need to connect those before you’re able to turn the turn restrictions on.

And for example I’m unable to click the red arrow that will allow a turn if one is traveling NW on quarry road into the shopping center.
Let me mock up what I’m trying to do and you can see if I’m on the right track. Perhaps I’m missing something.

is what I thought you were talking about, which is NOT connected. That ramp appears to be connected, but it’s not. I fixed the turn restrictions and I’ll go back and unlock the ramp segment.
