is a one way road connected to two other roads, but there are no turns allowed at the western end of the one way road. Both should be allowed. The road is L1, but I can’t correct the turns at node

It looks like someone tried to “improve” this section and ran up against the same problems you did - segments locked above their level. However, unlike you, they hacked it together and left it in a mess without asking for help. :evil:
I hope that looks a bit better now? I’ve made the left turn lane into Clarkson Street a much more reasonable length; sorted out the connections into Firth Court; moved the end of the dual carriageway directly onto the junction to simplify turn control; and generally removed useless nodes & improved road geometry.

No excuse - I’m sure I’d done that but, very obviously, not.
I didn’t even look at that one, but you’re quite right. The road markings in the aerials and the GSV indicate it’s a right turn only.
I’ve fixed both of those.
I’ve had some saving issues recently, probably that. Was only looking to make sure it wasn’t anything i screwed up in the first place.
