Looks like the problem is Waze doesn’t have any house numbers added to that street at all.
When Waze has no info, it goes to outside sources like Google Maps and those outside results come back to your app as raw lat/long. Waze then routes as close as possible to that raw location. In this case, it must be sitting closer to the side street.
Adding house numbers and then asking users to remove all instances of any affected address from their app’s home/work/saved/history/etc and search again to refresh the data will fix the issue. Be aware that changes in the editor take a few days to reach the live environment … so users will have to clear/search a few days after your edits.
I’ve lowered the lock level of several Primary Streets around your issue, so feel free to work on house numbers any time you like!
