We’re trying to publish road closures for a parade and football game at Florida State University. This is a second segment we need unlocked.
How are you affiliated with FSU?
If you have a list of segments that need to be closed for Homecoming activities, I can get them closed.
We do not unlock segments for implementing Traffic Events.

We’re FSU Emergency Management, a department under the Division of Public Safety. We’ve been inputting events with road closures for years. After looking at our event again, I found we were able to save closures for road segments we were originally having problems with. Looks like this issue is resolved. I think it may have just been user error.
On a side note, we should be at least a Level 2 in Waze with the number of edits and points we’ve accumulated, but we’re showing as a Level 1. Not sure if you can do anything to fix that…

As a partner, you should be able to add closures to any segment within your partner polygon, regardless of the lock level. If you have any issues, make sure to refresh and try again.
Your account was rank locked in 2018 by one of the region Coordinators. I suggest checking in on SER Discord to see if this can/should be changed.
