Unlock segments in Wahiawa, HI

Almost every segment in this view is locked, for some reason, and if you do a SHIFT-A, you’ll see a whole sea of red arrows. Don’t know how this happened – maybe inadvertently with the recent mass unlock?

Anyway, I’d really appreciate an unlock of as many segments in this view as possible so I can correct the turn restrictions. It looks like the folks in this half of Wahiawa won’t be able to navigate their way off their home street.

Thanks, again! Did a lot of cleanup. There’s more stuff in the larger area, but I’ll PM a Hawaii editor and see if he can get past the remaining locks.
