Unlock to join parking lot road

Please unlock https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=8&lat=21.38326&lon=-157.9454&layers=BFTFTTTFTTFTFFTTTTTTFT&segments=65524199 so that I can join it to the parking lot road, or join it and relock.

That parking lot is improperly mapped.

  1. The roads are all red - indicating that they are unfinished (they need their City & Street Names filled out). http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Red_road#Confirm_the_road_by_updating_details

  2. The lot is not drawn according to the guidelines set forth here https://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Road_Types_(USA)#Parking_Lot_Road

Also, in the future please put the location in the subject line of your request.

My apologies - I believe I fixed it now. Could you unlock or join that one segment?

Or let me know if I did something stupid. I just started messing with mapping, I hadn’t found the reason for them being red and stupidly assumed it was due to a requirement for some sort of peer review.

I made the connection for you.

I also made a few minor tweaks to the parking lot

  1. Not all the roads were set to Parking Lot Road (I think you just missed a few)
  2. Two roads inside weren’t connected to each other, they were just sitting on top of one another, so I made that junction too.

P.S. Pan the map Southeast along Kamehameha Hwy - there’s another parking lot that needs some work… :wink:
