Hello, can you please provide me more details about the wrong driving directions you reported?

When traveling south on Matianuck Ave, Waze instructs me to turn right onto Putnam Hwy, and then make a u-turn. The intersection is a regular 4 way with a traffic light where you can just turn left, no need to go right and then turn around.

Thank you again. Currently the map does have left turns enabled at the intersection in question. It appears that Waze was routing you on one of three route to Manchester, CT.
Matianuck Ave
After 846.46 feet, turn right
Putnam Hwy

to I-291 E / South Windsor
After 5.56 miles, keep right
Exit 5: Tolland Tpke
After 0.33 miles, turn left

It should have a better understanding of how to get around the traffic in that area at that time of day. By turning left onto Putnam highway and traveling to the end of the road, a commuter can bypass almost all of the traffic on the 91 south / 291 east interchange

The routing is based on real time traffic and historical traffic conditions. For instance right now, the previous route mentioned is the third option, but other times of day, it is the first option.

Well it’s wrong. Every day during rush hour it points me towards the most brake lights. I always choose the best one and can see the sea of parked cars that I’m moving past. The route I took that day is a last resort, the best route involves just skipping the highway interchange
