Could I get some help with this UR please?
I’m not sure I fully understand what the problem is, except that waze is giving “wrong” directions giving an unnecessarily long route.
I’ve looked at this several times, and am at a loss for what to do next.

Using the Route Speed script it suggests that Waze is fully aware of the M90/A9 being a faster route, both in speed and timing, at the time of the report [Sat 3pm]. I can’t see any reason Waze would suggest the slower route unless the user is unlucky in hitting random congestion each time or they have their app set to avoid motorways :?
The only bit of confusion is the user states that their map malfunctions, if this is not just “it give the wrong route” and actually mean glitching/crashing, then there may be a corrupt node somewhere causing issues. It would be really helpful to have a screen recording of the issue as the UR is a year old. Fresh data if it still occurs may help as it could have been a map error long fixed.
