Kahekili hwy has many turns that are red, likely due to whoever made the side roads, was not high enough level to edit the highway’s connected turns. These turns need to be made to green.
I’m currently level 2 and can’t touch major highways.
Can you confirm that the aerials are correct and that restrictions need to be enabled for all directions?

Yes. I live very close to this area. I drive it twice a day, at least.
In addition, Here’s another area in the next town over, Kahului, that is a total mess.
there’s a hard corner on the bottom right white car. Also, all these U-turns (kahumanu ave to Dairy Rd. int)should be simplified to single straight lines, and have the joint moved over so that the line doesn’t go thru the grass.
finally, when driving west on Hana Hwy at this major intersection, both turn lanes are being split too far back. It’s hard to explain but I can really clean this area up if I had access. If someone can temporarily drop it to 2, just for one day I can really make it nice along this segment.
Turn restriction is fixed.

Also, currently Waze will not give “Take a U-turn” instruction, rather “turn left” twice at these U-turns.
very nice. except that the right turn lane has that corner at the beggining which may give some odd directions when trying to take that turn

Right turn onto Mokulele is legal in both directions.
I have a little gathering of edits I’ve set aside. sry for all the work. I’d do it myself but I’m only level 2 
this right turn is 2 lanes, and perhaps large enough to have its own segment.
I’m going to post them individually so as not to mix them up. if I should post bigger chunks per post, just say so.

I did fix the turn restriction. If the turn restriction are there to stop U-Turns, then that intersection needs to be a bow tie. Think if you were in that parking lot on the north side, the instruction wound never give you a left it would give you a straight or a path to the right, also if you were coming from the West and wanted into the parking lot it would never give you the left it gives you a longer way (route)
