Hola first off love the app! I usually while driving for Uber and in my off time. Been having an issue where when I input an address instead of taking me to my final destination it navigates me to the alley of my request for some reason. Instead of saying turn on the final street of my destination. Naturally I’m close enough that I can usually find it without freaking my passengers out by turning into some dark alley. I uploaded my logs from the app in settings and included a screenshot. Hope you can help.

When waze encounters an “unverified” House Nmmber (HN), it relies on a google result which is usually located in the center of the parcel. Waze will then map to that GPS coordinate by using the closest driveable segment - which in the city is often the alley. There are a number of editors that are actively working on adjusting/verifying the waze HNs which then ties the address to a stop point located on the street not the alley. There’s nothing “wrong” with the app.
One thing you can do in the cases you’ve desscribed is to report a problem from within the app indicating the street whith the unverified address. Editors will see this report and take appropriate action. As you can imagine, this is a very large task, so please be patient. Eventually all addresses will become verified based on the ongoing efforts of our active editors.
