Actually I have this issue on the current app store version. No passes added. Toll toads off. Still routes me to HOV and often refuses when I ask for another route. It’s made the app useless at the most critical times.
It has been almost 4 years since my post above, so this is not related even though similar. (And it looks like this thread was split off at some point?)
What area are you having this problem?
Southern California. Same commute that used to work fine and give me routes as both with and without HOV per route. I used to get about 3 routes (6 if I count HOV option on each), then down to 2, now I usually only get one, and it’s only HOV.
I have split this topic off since it is not related to a 4 year old post.
