I am updating hazards as I pass them, in these cases I pass a number of roadworks that have been in progress for weeks now(sometimes months) with more weeks ahead, however when I action that a hazard/construction area, when passing through the construction again the hazard has disappeared.
Is there any reason as to why this happens and why doesn’t Waze not recognize that this is a continuing hazard, or permit an action that can record a long term hazard (construction)?

If you pass several time on the same hazard , Waze system recognize it and do not show it anymore
Hi. There are several ways to incorporate hazards. Those that are incorporated from the application usually have a short duration. On the other hand, those that are incorporated from the Waze Map Editor or using other types of tools can be more persistent or permanent. I suggest that you talk about it with community editors in your driving area. It may even depend on the type of Hazzard.
